Washington Foreign Law Society Joins as a Supporting Organization for the 13th GIAS Arbitration Month 2025

The Washington Foreign Law Society

is pleased to announce its role as a supporting organization for the

13th Georgetown International Arbitration Society Arbitration Month

Georgetown Arbitration Month stands out as the only arbitration event that lasts an entire month. This extended format allows for an unparalleled, in- depth exploration of international arbitration, making it a flagship event of the Georgetown International Arbitration Society (GIAS). It brings together students, practitioners, academics, and diplomats. This year, distinguished speakers Gary Born and Andrés Jana headline the program, continuing a tradition of excellence.

The 13th edition of Georgetown Arbitration Month (GAM25) will once again highlight Washington, D.C.’s unique position as a global hub for arbitration. This year’s event is designed to appeal to a broad audience, spanning jurisdictions from established regions like Europe to emerging economies, and addressing both commercial and investment arbitration.

This Arbitration Month showcases the truly global diversity of its speakers— traveling from India, Singapore, Egypt, the UK, Chile, Switzerland, Korea, and beyond—to share their perspectives.
