Panel Discussion: Public and Private Whistleblowers and The Need for Legal and Financial Assistance

On March 30th, 2021, the Washington Foreign Law Society hosted the second instalment of its series on Issues and Trends in International Anti-Corruption Law. The panel featured prof. Jonathan J. Rusch (Georgetown Law; American University College of Law) and prof. Wim Vandekerckhove (University of Greenwich) and was moderated by WFLS Board Member Pascale Helene Dubois.

The panelists discussed divergences in whistleblower regulations in different jurisdictions, such as the United States and the European Union, and identified potential options for further strenghtening whistleblower protections in both public and private organizations.

The Washington Foreign Law Society wishes to thank Ms. Pascale, Prof. Rusch, prof. Vandekerckhove. Stay tuned for more programs in the series!
